IPS has assembled some of the best can line oven technicians and engineers in the business to offer a multitude of services to the industry. Many can plants have ovens that were installed decades ago and were specified to operate at 800-1200cpm with varying solvent loading. Due to speed-ups and coating changes throughout the years, today many of those same ovens are being pushed to run at 1500-2000cpm with few to no engineering changes.
The goal of IPS is to make existing can plant ovens perform to the best of their ability. Our technicians have had great success modifying, repairing and speeding up ovens with limited scheduled down time.
