The IPS ToolVIEW is a high-quality digital vision inspection system designed to be used in tool room applications. The ToolVIEW comes standard with a ironing die inspection fixture, designed to allow 360-degree visual inspection of ironing die lands, ensuring incomplete or inconsistent regrinds don’t end up in inventory. Tooling can be inspected and dimensionally checked (to low tolerances) using the digital microscope. The digital microscope also has the capability of capturing images and video of the tooling inspection.
